Founded by the legendary Kronian, Zeus Jupiter, House Jove
is one of the oldest Empyreal noble Houses. The Kronian is
now revered as a god by the Empyrean people, and his House
lives on in honor and reverence, producing uncounted leaders,
philosophers, and Aegians.
Led by the Emperor Justinius until his assassination by poison,
House Jove is now led by Drusus Marcus Jove, the current
Emperor of the Empyreans. Formerly an Optio in the
Praetorian Guard, Drusus was elected Emperor at the close of
the Varati/Empyrean war, and it remains to be seen how the
ex-guardsman will settle into his new role.

Julius's contact with his family members has been sparce, but what he has found resides deep in his heart as the ties that truly bind. Closest to his cousin, Selene, other membershave been met in passing with a fairly open welcome. Only time will tell as to how Julius will fit in the grand design...
