SailorCreateCard

Suit: Non-suit by GM Permission

Henshin Item: Her card is, of course, The Create. Her key is Mr. Rabbit, in which the Card almost always rests. Mr. Rabbit has to be booted up at the time, and active. She usually has it on standby, but there’s still a small delay as it readies itself. She then double-clicks the Create Icon, activating Drive X: with a batchfile that runs Henshin.EXE and opens Genesis.EXE.

Henshin Phrase: She doesn’t actually say anything, but Henshin.EXE has "Create Power! Release!" coded in it.

Henshin Sequence: As Henshin.EXE runs, Bunni’s clothes begin to derez, and her naked body / henshin energy form is presented in the green wireframe effect. Her arms are extended to either side as she spins in a black void, and then circles of light come into being at her waist, around her neck, and midway on each limb. Each circle splits, moving both directions (inward/outward or up/down), and where the circle passes, she is garbed in her fuku. When she is fully clothed, the Henshin ends.

Colors: Ivory / Royal Blue (My best approximation of the Create book’s colors)

Challenge: "Let Identity(My)= SailorCreateCard Set Ass(Your) = Kicked"

Fuku:

Since the Create Card is, by nature, a book, it didn’t have move of an intrinsic basis for a fuku when it melded with her. As a result, it plumbed her mind for ideas as to what she should be wearing as a champion of justice. Needless to say, the results were rather... out there. Her initial fuku had a flowing cape, a utility belt, built up robocop style armor, the Create star emblazoned on a Superman symbol, a golden lasso, and a Captain America style shield, also with the Create Star. It also caused a processing error. (Who says there are no Cosmic Fashion Police?) As a result, the devolved to an more basic, less copy-right infringing, form. The "Create star" is the star symbol from the cover of the Card’s book form, an eight pointed star crated by two overlapping asterisms, the dominant one in royal blue, and the secondary (diagonal axis) one in ivory.

Tiara: Her tiara is similar to the norm, save for the Create star and a royal blue visor attached to it. This visor curves down to meet her cheeks, but arches up over the nose, and reaches around to the temples. It provides the same benefits as polarized lenses and safety goggles, but is in no way even close to airtight, so it provides no protection against gasses and the like.

Body: The body of her fuku is, essentially, a cheongsam with a mantle over it, and a large butt-bow. The main body piece is the cheongsam, a simple form fitting dress that descends to mid hip and then angles inward in fore and aft flaps at about 60 degrees until mid thigh. There the flaps flatten off. From hip to flat bit, the flaps have a royal blue trim. Although it is normally hidden by the mantle, the cheongsam is shoulderless, with a blue trim there as well. The butt-bow is two-tiered, and large enough to be barely visible on the sides from the front, and is royal blue, with four ribbons descending from it. The mantle is asymmetric, with a fastening line angling down from her neck to her right side. It then angles upwards to the right, and slopes at a more gentle curve to the left, in both cases covering the upper half of the upper arm. It is ivory, with a blue trim running along the edge.

Belt: A blue band, set to angle downward from high on the left side of her waist to low on the right side. Mr. Rabbit Neo is clipped to the right side when not being carried. The Create Star is on the far left side.

Gloves and Boots: These are relatively simple flared items, primarily in ivory . They are tight at the wrist and ankle, and widen out and extend from the limb, reaching about half-way up the forearm and calf, respectively. If she stands at attention, arms and legs straight down and close in, the flare is directly away from the vertical axis of the body. The Create star is emblazoned on the flared part of each of these items.

Powers:

Genesis.EXE
Readmev1.01 (Short version) This power is like a living holodeck.
Readmev1.02 (Long Version) The power of The Create is to do exactly that, to create, and being used through a technological focus has changed that nature, just a little of the mechanism. Like her Henshin Phrase, she doesn’t call out her power, but rather uses her computer. The Genesis.EXE program works like a combination word processor/graphics editor, allowing her to very rapidly create objects and creatures (hereafter referred to as Icons). Her Icons are constructs of pure magic focused into a tangible form, similar to, but on a lesser order than, the Cards themselves. Where the Cards are magical constructs that are stable, sentient, and for all intents actually alive, the items made by Sailor Create Card are not any of the three.

They are not stable, since if she fails to maintain their existence, they will cease to be. Once they are created, her constructs actually require a rather minimal feed of energy, so slight that it happens on a subconscious level, regulated by Mr. Rabbit’s COS (Create Operating System). She could even, theoretically, sleep and maintain a construct if necessary, for example, if the senshi were lost at sea and she had to make the boat for them. This, however, presumes a normal state of affairs. A disruption of Mr. Rabbit’s operations, from damage to simply turning it off, will shut down the maintenance of the Icons, causing them to wink out of existence. Even jarring the computer sharply can cause a flicker or disruption of some or all of her creations..

The Icons are not truly sentient, although they can actually have a rather complex magical equivalent of an AI. A dragon, for example, would act the way one would expect a dragon to act (unless she made an atypical dragon). Were she to make a pixie, the creature would probably, unless directed otherwise, flutter about and chatter at high speed, giggling and not saying much of anything important. If someone engaged it in conversation, however, it could reply, and even potentially impart information, subject to two limitations. Unless she makes it a point to inform a creature about something, it is limited to what it "should" know. The pixie, for example, might be able to quote poetry or catalog flowers or identify a monster, but it wouldn't be able to do differential calculus or repair a car engine, whereas a gremlin might be able to do the latter. Might is, of course, the operative word, since the second limitation is the mind of the creator. Combined with digital processing and stored data, she can actually get some fairly good Eliza effects going with simulated intelligence, but they still have no true mind or soul, merely complex programming.

This complex magical pseudo-personality grants them a semblance of autonomy that could also make one assume that they actually live. This is, however, a superficial semblance. If cut, they will "bleed" a bluish misty energy. If someone were to use The Sword and slice open a dragon, it would not have visceral organs, but rather a green wire-frame. (Yes, her subconscious is too squeamish to put them in. Sue her.) Instead, it would simply dissolve, which is the same that happens to any of her creations that receive critical damage. As their creator and "queen", she does exercise some control over them. If she gives them an order, they will obey it, albeit some might grumble about their tyrant queen, and they will react to some of her desires on an empathic level. This means that, if she has a sprite off away from her, she could desire that it return, and it would head back, but she could not give it complex commands at a distance, or pass new data through it. So if she had a pixie with another group of senshi, it could let them know "Bunni’s in trouble", or "She wants me to return", both of which are empathic effects, but couldn't know "My queen wants me to pick up a turkey sub and bring it back", or "She says that the monster is vulnerable to fire." She could, of course, make a NEW pixie and send it with that data or food order, but it would have to physically traverse the distance. As a flipside, she can sense if one of her creations is injured or destroyed, but she cannot see through their eyes or gain data on more than an empathic level. If she sends something out to spy, it must actually return to her and impart the data in person. This has to be done "verbally", but in the case of an "animal" creation, they can "whisper in her ear" and she'll be able to get the data, even if the construct is just squeaking.

An important factor that comes from these limitations here is that each construct exists only during the time of its manifestation, as opposed to having an essence that continues from one manifestation to another, like the Cards do. This means that she can not send a creation out to observe, then uncreate it and recreate it next to her to get a report. The "recreated" one would actually be a new construct with the same design, and the same limitations on knowledge. Instead, it must continue to exist and carry the data back to her, which makes it more likely to be noticed and destroyed or followed back.

All these limitations aside, what she can do with her power is simply amazing. She can Create creatures and objects, from the size of a small moth up to the expanse of a mighty dragon, a pirate ship, or a small castle, weaving them from thought to existence as quickly as she can type. She has a preference for making objects of high fantasy or science fiction, from dragons to a Tron Light cycle, although the latter would be risk to life and limb were she to actually try to use it. For some reason, she also cannot create "clones". She can’t make a perfect copy of herself, or of another person or object in her presence, in part because that’s the power of Twin, and in part because the basis for her creation is drawn from her imagination, not from some form of direct replication. She can, however, make constructs of people who have passed into legend, such as Abraham Lincoln, Johnny Appleseed, or King Arthur. Additionally, a "creation" is more of a conceptual definition, based on operation. A swarm of bees, a pile of gold, a knight and steed, these are singular creations, but as singular creations, they need to stay and operate together. The knight can’t go one way and the steed go another, unless she makes them separately. A handful of Icons can be maintained simultaneously, in part dependent upon complexity, but the difficulty of maintaining them under shock increases as she spreads herself more thin.

The actual creation process is a mixture of designing the graphics and entering key data. The former is an act of concentration, so if she is dazed or otherwise mentally affected, it will be difficult or impossible, which might result in sloppy work, and the latter is a few seconds of frenzied typing. Someone reading over her shoulder might see.

SetIcon=(Dragon)
SetBreath=(Fire/Cone)
SetWing=(Batlike)

As the image forms and the creature or object rezzes up, and then she moves it to Running in Background. There are limits to how much she can have Running in Background, although these limits do not always seem consistent (i.e. they vary for plot purposes). If she has too many large or complex items operating at once, she can experience either lag, reducing their efficiency, or, rarely, Blue Screen of Death. If this happens, she has to reboot her system. Because the power ctually does reside within her, despite using a tool, she is theoretically capable of holding on to one, and only one, construct during this time. If she were able to manage this, she would be supporting it with her own will, without the back-up of her system, which means a much higher energy cost than the usual negligible feed. Quite simply, she is unused to using her power unassisted, and could probably use practice doing so.

She must be able to clearly and personally see the place where she's creating something, which means she can't be watching an area over a video camera and make a creation at that spot. This also limits her in a fog, and prevents her from using her powers in the dark, unless it’s close enough for her to see by the light of her screen.

The Icons have, or simulate, the attributes of a normal object or creature of that type. These attributes consist of normal capacities of an animal, such as movement, senses, natural weaponry, or properties of an object, such as hardness, edge, flexibility. That is, a bird can fly, a wolf can track by smell, a tiger can claw. Likewise, a sword is as hard and sharp as the finest steel, while a bow can flex. In addition to the physical properties of an object, she can make ones with "magic" or "technological" properties, if it is the "nature" for the object in question. Her dragons can fly, for example, in defiance of aerodynamics, and they can also breath fire, because that's what dragons do. Likewise, if she made a thunderbird, it would crackle with electricity. Flight, special senses, and magical energy effects are pretty much the current limit of her additional traits, however, as she cannot create objects that have indirect magical effects or insinuative magical effects, like healing or mind control. A unicorn she created could gore someone with its horn, and could detect poison by touching something with its horn, but would be unable to heal the poison. A siren could sing beautifully, but it wouldn't compel people to come to it. A banshee's scream would be a sonic energy attack, but not a death effect.

Daemon (Capture Power): Daemon is her specialized capture Icon. She looks like a classical succubus, with bat wings, a cute little tail, and fetching horns. When Rezzed up, she flies over and attempts wraps her wings around the target. Sailor Create Card then double clicks on the special onscreen icon and, if the target is sufficiently weakened, her timing is good, and luck is with her, then the Card is returned to its "power confined". Either way, Daemon derezes on the attempted capture, and is offline for an hour. Daemon has a maximum existence span of 5 seconds, and will derez after that span even if she fails to attempt a capture, so it is essential that Sailor Create Card have the potential target already immobilized by other means. Even under optimal conditions, the deck is stacked against her, and her odds are just not that good.

Mr. Rabbit Neo! (Weapon): Mr. Rabbit takes on a sleek high tech black and silver look, and becomes tougher. And spiffier looking. Yesssss. She can also create weapons if she needs them, subject to the above guidelines.
