Sailor Chimera

Fuku:

- Tiara: Silver tiara with a golden star
- Choker: Black choker with a golden star
- Earrings: Three golden chimes with chains entwined
- Boots: Black, they reach nearly to the knees and have a swept forward, layered effect, alternating black and pink, near the top.
- Gloves: White with Black trim near the elbows
- Bows: Black for both front and back, with a golden heart on the center of the front
- Flaps: Pink shoulder flaps with golden tab-like fringe
- Skirt: Pink skirt

Symbol: Heart (replacing the star of the standard fuku) (Heart symbolizes illusion/desire, and the core essence of creatures or concepts.)

Challenge Phrase:
"Sometimes I'm a Mystical Princess
Sometimes I'm a Lunar Mermaid
But truly I'm... Pretty Magical Girl Sailor Chimera!"

While that is the most common, the first two descriptors sometimes change, so it could easily be

"Sometimes I'm a Powder Pink Unicorn
Sometimes I'm a Dreaming Goddess
But truly I'm... Pretty Magical Girl Sailor Chimera!"
(With apologies to Cutey Honey, from which it's ripped)

Henshin Phrase: Chimera Glamour Magi Power! Make Up!

Henshin Pen: A pink pen crested with a gold tip and black butterfly wings.

Henshin: There are two versions of her henshin, the one with witnesses, or when she feels like it, and the one where it doesn't matter.
Witnesses - From a standing position, right foot beneath her weight, left, slightly back, she drops to a kneeling position, keeping right foot stationary, sliding left foot back until her left knee is on the ground. Simultaneously, she brings her hands up from her sides to come together before her. Her index and middle fingers and thumbs are pointed forward, and press together at their tips. Her ring and pinkie fingers are folded between her hands, and press together on their second joint. Her right forearm rests upon her right knee, and her head is bowed over her hands, as if in prayer. At this point, a heart shaped pattern in glowing pink appears around her, and strange glowing motes rise from the ground. These sparks dart like fireflies around her, changing color and form with each passing second. Where they touch, her clothes are gone, and when that spot is touched again, that patch of her fuku is present. Thus, at any point during her henshin, she has areas in her old clothes, areas in her fuku, and areas unclothed, but these are constantly shifting towards the full fuku. When she is fully transformed, she stands again, sweeping her arms and leaning her head back. The firefly motes quickly dart back to the glowing heart, which shatters around her, ending the henshin. If Wheel is with her at the time, he is hovering, wings swept, above her head.
Simple - She spares half a moment of attention and shifts to her Fuku.

Paria Spell: Chimeric Eidolon! (insert descriptor here)!
Sailor Chimera gestures in an intricate and arcane fashion (which is not actually internally consistent, so someone who watches her carefully over time will realize it's all made up), and utters out her attack phrase. Unlike the usual crying out of the phrase, she speaks in a distant dreamy tone that nonetheless wafts through the battlefield. She then uses her power to transform some object, or create some illusion. The lack of descriptiveness is purposeful, because she's goverened by the same powers she has in her "normal" state. The fact of the matter is that, depending on how you look at it, she's either always powered up, or she gains no more power from being in senshi mode. She uses the attack name and henshin because it's all part of the game. Therefore, when in "senshi mode" she must use the style of a senshi, and silencing her attack phrase or stopping her motions will block the use of her powers. (There may actually come a point, later on in stories, when she's silenced and trapped and she de-henshins in order to break free, but that should be saved for a critical moment.) An example of her power would be Chimeric Eidolon! Water! to transform the floor beneath someone to water, or Chimeric Eidolon! Fire! to create an illusion of a raging wall of fire.
Rapid use of this power can be draining, as can using it for large objects. If she paces herself, however, she can use it a number of times before weakening. Oddly, when she greatly drains herself, she almost seems slightly translucent. Her power use time is slightly longer than normal because of the gestures, and if she has to dodge it stands a good chance of making her abort her gestures.

Paria Spell: Chimeric Essence! (insert descriptor here)!
Where Chimeric Eidolon is for affecting the world around her, Chimeric Essence is used to affect her. It does not require gestures, making it quicker than its counterpart, and, while still spoken in the same dreamy chant, it doesn't carry quite as well, making it a subtler effect. Depending on the descriptor, she can take the form of a monster or a material, like a girl of living steel. As normal, she does NOT gain any magical abilities or skills particular to an individual, so she could not use other senshi's attacks, but she can gain abilities native to a material or creature type. A dragon breathes fire, a unicorn detects virgins and cures poison, steel is strong, tough, and able to be captured by a magnet, etc.

Guardian Animal: Wheel - Wheel is a very young phoenix, about the size of a large chicken. His plumage is majestic purples, scarlets, and golds, but he still has some down along his breast, and will for decades. His voice is tiny and high-pitched, but bell-like as opposed to shrill. He is curious, and a bit vain, but does ultimately try to do the right thing. His curiosity does lead him to wander off at times, so he is not always around when Kagami is in trouble... Then again, he might not be fully real, so his "wandering off" might be simply ceasing to exist. He refuses to comment on the subject.
