- The Mutant Papers (as the list of known mutants in Canada is referred to) become under dispute as the listing of all known mutants in Canda begin to disappear under unknown cicumstances.
- 2003
- As mutants begin to lobby the government to provide better care and special rights, Canada offically closes borders to mutant immigrants.
- 2002
- A large influx of mutant refugees cross the border to escape Mutant Persecution with the Registration Act in America. All refugees are allowed to cross as long as they declare their reason for changing citizenship.
- 2001
- Attack on American soil causes Dept. H to being to keep a list of known mutant citizens; census taken with the goal of security for Canadian citizens and national protection.
- 1999
- Mutants officially recognised as human beings with dangerous powers; Dept. H is assigned mutant surveillance and 'handling'.
- 1994
- Weapon X founded as a Canadian Intelligence Agency and Defence Administration. James MacDonald Hudson is nominated Department Administrator.
